I had a cookie recipe given to me and made some changes to create this.

am not sure what it is that made these such a hit with my "picky" daughter but she LOVES these cookies. I added butterscotch chips to the recipe and it seemed to add to the already great taste.


List of Ingredients




1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup flour
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
1 cup chocolate chip
1 cup butterscotch chip



Recipe



1. Cream sugars and margarine together.
2. add egg.
3. Dissolve soda in water.
4. Add to dry ingredients.
5. Add chips.
6. Mix well.
7. drop by rounded tbsp on ungreased sheet.
8. Bake 350 10 minutes.
