Good healthy alternative to regular burgers.
List of Ingredients
1 lb lean ground chicken or turkey
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1 onion fine chopped
1/4 cup non fat italian salad dressing
1 tsp paprika
1 /2 tsp dried italian seasoning
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 clove fine minced
Recipe
Preheat grill, In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Moisten hands with water a little. Lightly oil the grill and place patties on. grill about 4-6 minutes turn over and cook another 5-6 minutes, or till cooked all the way through.
