List of Ingredients
3-4 pork chops
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 (6 ounces) can frozen orange juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 dash white wine or sherry wine or water
1 pinch ginger (optional)
Recipe
1. In skillet, on medium heat, fry chops in butter till light brown on each side.
2. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl.
3. Pour over chops.
4. Cover and reduce heat to lowest setting.
5. Cook 35-45 minutes.
6. Serve over rice.
