Found this recipe in a school cookbook.
List of Ingredients
2 lbs venison
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
Cut venison into 1/4" strips.
remove all fat.
Mix all other ingredients.
Dip venison into sauce and lay on baking sheet.
Dry in oven or over wood stove for 10- 12 hours at 150-175F.
