I got this recipe from a friend of mine and I think she got it from a friend of hers in Red Deer.
List of Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef
28 oz can tomatoes
12 or 16 oz can tomato soup
1 cup diced celery
1 lb fresh sliced mushrooms
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large red pepper, chopped
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp marjoram
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
12 drops Tabasco sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 bay leaves
1 tsp ginger
Recipe
Combine all the ingredients, simmer after draining fat off. Cook lo low for 3 hrs or more.
