1/2 lb large baking potatoes, scrubbed
1/3 cup non fat italian salad dressing
1/3 cup pramesan
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400. Cut the potatoes in half lenghtwise, then in half crosswise. Cut each quater in 3-4 wedges. Put the dressing,parmesan,oregano,rosemary and salt and pepper in a large plastic bag. Seal the bag, shake it well to mix it up. Add the potatoes keep shaking. Arrange potatoe wedges on a non stick baking sheet (you may need 2).
Bake for 40-50 minutes, turning a few times, till tender.
