Swedish Meatballs
List of Ingredients
Meatballs:
1 lb hamburger
3/4 lb sausage
1 C breadcrumbs, soft
3 T Worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper to taste
2 T fresh parsley, chopped
1 egg
1 large onion, diced
1/4 C milk
Sauce:
1/4 C drippings
1/4 C flour
salt, pepper
1 T paprika
3/4 C sour cream
1 tsp cornstarch
Meatballs:
1 lb hamburger
3/4 lb sausage

Sauce:
1/4 C drippings
1/4 C flour
salt, pepper
1 T paprika
3/4 C sour cream
1 tsp cornstarch
Recipe
Meatballs:
Mix all and form into balls. Cook in oven at 350 for 25 minutes.
Sauce:
Mix flour in with drippings in a saucepan. Add seasonings and sour cream and heat over low heat until hot through. Mix cornstarch with a small amount of water and stir into sour cream sauce. Heat until thickened. Pour over meatballs in a baking dish and bake for 30 min. at 350. Serve over hot noodles.
