Chicken Casserole
4 pieces boneless chicken breasts
8 oz. stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
2 soup cans milk
1 soup can water or chicken broth
Boil chicken 20 minutes. Prepare soup adding 2 cans milk and 1 can water or chicken broth and bring to a boil. Break chicken up in the bottom of a casserole dish and cover with soup. Prepare stuffing according to directions or use 1 stick of butter and approximately 2 cups water. Cover chicken with stuffing and bake at 450 for 45 minutes.
