1 c. flour
1 c. quick cooking oats
¾ c. brown sugar
½ tsp. soda
2/3 c. melted oleo
32 Kraft caramels
5 T. evaporated milk
1 c. milk chocolate chips
½ c. nuts
¼ tsp. salt
Recipe
Combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, salt, oleo. Saving a little for topping. Place remaining in a 7x11 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350. Melt Caramels in milk. Sprinkle chips and nuts over baked crust. Spread caramels mixture over this and top w/ reserved crumbs. Then bake 15 minutes more at 350.
