2 cups quick oatmeal

2/3 c. margarine

½ c. sugar

1 (8oz.) pkg cream cheese

¼ c. sugar

1 egg

1 can cherry pie filling

Recipe




Cream margarine and ½ c sugar; mix well with oatmeal and press into greased 8 ½ x11in pan. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.



Cream together the cream cheese and ¼ c. sugar, and beat in egg. Pour over oatmeal crust and bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes or until set.



Spread the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese, bake for another 15 minutes at 350. Chill and cut into squares
