List of Ingredients




1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs, divided
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 T. lemon juice



Recipe



In a large bowl, combine cake mix, 1 egg, and oil; stir until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup and press remaining mixture into an ungreased 13"X9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and remaining egg until fluffy. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with reserved cake mixture. Bake for another 15 minutes. Cool. YIELD: 48 bars.
