List of Ingredients




Cake:
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin
2 cups flour
1/2 t cloves
1 t salt
2 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder

Icing:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
2 t liquid coffee
2 t vanilla
1/2 t salt
4 cups powdered sugar

Recipe



For cake mix together:
Oil, sugar, eggs, pumpkin
Add:
Flour, cloves, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder
Mix all ingredients.
Bake in 10x15 pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

For icing mix together:
cream cheese, butter, coffee, vanilla, salt, powdered sugar
