    BREAKFAST BUNDT CAKE

    1 yellow cake mix
    1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
    3/4 C. corn oil
    4 eggs
    3/4 C. water
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. butter extract
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 C. sugar

    Recipe



    Put cake mix in large bowl of an electric mixer. Add dry pudding, corn oil and water, mix well. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Add vanilla and butter extracts. Beat at high speed 8 minutes. Pour 1/3 of batter in a well greased and floured bundt pan. Mix dry cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle 1/2 of mix over batter. Add another 1/3 of batter and sprinkle with rest of dry cinnamon and sugar mix. Add the rest of the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool for 8 minutes in pan. Remove from pan. In a small bowl, mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon rum extract, 1/2 teaspoon butter or margarine and 2 tablespoons milk. Spread mixture over cake.
