Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

List of Ingredients
•Large crockpot (6 quart)
•1 bag (32 ounces) frozen hash browns
•3 cups ham, diced
•3 cups cooked pork sausage, drained
•½ pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
•4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
•12 eggs
•2 cups milk
•Seasonings…seasoned salt, pepper, garlic, garlic powder
•Optional items, green pepper, red pepper and onionRecipe
Spray crockpot and put a layer with 1/3 of the hash browns, ham, sausage, bacon, cheese, seasonings and optional ingredients. Repeat 2 times. In mixing bowl combine eggs and milk. Pour over ingredients in crockpot. Refrigerate until ready for bed or by 10:00 pm. Turn on low and cook 10 to 12 hours. It will be ready for morning breakfast! Serves 15.
