1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
3 cups frozen hash browns
12 eggs
2 cups milk

Recipe



Prepare the night before to serve for breakfast. Layer sausage, cheese and hash browns in casserole dish. Mix eggs and milk together and pour over sausage mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes
