Morning Casserole I

List of Ingredients
1 bag (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lb Bacon, diced, cooked OR 1 lb ham, diced, cooked
1 Onion (med)
1 Green bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 Cupes Cheddar (or Monteray Jack) cheese
1 Dz eggs
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper (more or less to taste)
Recipe
Place a layer of frozen potatoes on the bottom on the slow cooker
Add a layer of bacon (or ham) on top of potatoes
Add layer of onions, green peppers, and cheese
Repeat layering process 2 or 3 more times ending with layer of cheese
In separate bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper
Pour egg mixture over ingredients in slow cooker
Cover and turn on low
Cook for 6-8 hours
