1 doz. eggs
1 c. milk
1 lb. Italian sausage
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 jar pizza sauce
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese



Recipe



Cook sausage until no longer pink, drain. Set aside. Beat eggs and milk, add bread crumbs and sausage and pour into a non-stick 13×9 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake eggs @ 350° for 1-1 1/4 hrs. or until set. Spread pizza sauce on eggs and top with cheese. Return to the oven until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
