Slow Cooker Breakfast:
1 32oz package frozen hash brown-
1lb cooked cubed ham-
1 onion diced-
1 green bell pepper seeded diced-
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese-
12 eggs-
1 cup skim milkRecipe
Layer 1/3 of each: potatoes, ham, onion, green bell pepper..., cheese in sprayed slow cooker, repeat to make several layers-----Beat eggs, milk and 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper, pour over layers in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours overnight. Serves 6-8-----Of course you can change this up to your liking.. :)
