List of Ingredients




8 eggs slightly beaten
6 slices white bread trimmed and cubed
2 cups milk
1 pound sausage browned and drained
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
1 tsp salt
1 dash hot sauce


Recipe



Mix all ingredients the night before and pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Store covered in the refrigerator. Take out of fridge before leaving for church. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes or until set
