6 lg eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups granulated sugar
3 cups All-purpose flour
1 lb butter, softened
2 Tbsp Lemon extract
3/4 cup 7-up

Recipe



In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add beaten eggs a little at a time blending well after each addition. Alternate flour and 7-Up. Blend well after each addition. Add extract. Bake at 325 for 2 hr. 15 minutes of till toothpick come out clean.
