    Blueberry Pound cake

    8 oz package cream cheese (room temp)

    ½ cup vegetable oil (Crisco solid works best)

    4 eggs

    2 tsp vanilla

    1 small box instant vanilla pudding

    1 Butter yellow cake mix

    2 cups fresh/frozen blueberries



    Recipe



    Grease bread pans….Cream the cream cheese and Crisco until well blended, add eggs and vanilla mix well. Combine this with the pudding and cake mix, will be thick. Fold in blueberries and bake at 325 between 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
