    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    4 large eggs
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup chocolate syrup
    1 cup pecans chopped

    Frosting
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    6 tablespoons butter or margarine
    1/3 cup milk
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    1/2 cup pecans chopped

    Recipe




    In a mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter.

    Add eggs and salt; beat well.

    Stir in chocolate syrup, flour and nuts.

    Pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.

    Cool for 15 minutes.

    For frosting, combine sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan.

    Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

    Boil for 1 minute; remove from the heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.

    Beat to spreading consistency, about 3 minutes.

    Add pecans; frost warm brownies.
