1 pkg. lemon cake mix
2 pkgs. Instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8oz.) cool whip, thawed
½ c. chopped maraschino cherries, drained
2 c. cold milk
1 (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
½ c. chopped walnuts
½ c. flaked coconut
Recipe
Prepare cake mix according to package directions using a 15x10x1 greased baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool completely. In a mixing bowl combine milk and pudding mixes, beat in cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled cake. Top with pineapple, cherries, coconut, and walnuts. Refrigerate until serving. This makes 16 to 20 servings.
