2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 T. cocoa
4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
4 T. vegetable oil
1 c. milk

2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
3 1/2 c. hot water


Recipe



Mix first 8 ingredients together. spread in 9 x 13 in pan. Combine brown sugar, coaoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
