Add:
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. cinnamon
Add:
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
2 c. chopped bananas
1 (8oz.) crushed pineapple, do not drain

Stir together w/ spoon or beater. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes in a greased 9x13 inch pan
