JELLO CAKE
1 cake mix
1 family size box of Jell-O any flavor
1 large container of Cool Whip
1 4oz instant pudding (lemon works well or vanilla)Recipe
Make cake in a 13x9x2 pan according to cake directions. Let cool. (Any cake mix will do, but a white cake will show the color of the Jell-O best).Dissolve the Jell-O in 1 cup of hot water and 2 cups of cold water. Set aside to cool down while you make the pudding. You do not want to use hot Jell-O on the cake. Poke deep holes in cake while still in the pan. With a c slowly pour the Jell-O mixture into the holes. Refrigerate cake while you prepare topping. Make pudding according to directions. Fold the Cool Whip into the pudding. Frost cake and refrigerate.
