    1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
    1 (17.5 oz) can of prepared butterscotch pudding
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    ½ tsp. salt

    Topping:
    1 box instant vanilla or butterscotch pudding
    1 (8oz.) Cool Whip
    1 (10oz.) can crushed pineapple

    Recipe



    For cake: Mix first three ingredients. Add vanilla and salt. Put into 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool.

    For Topping:
    Mix pineapple and pudding. Fold in cool whip and put on cake. Refrigerate.

    For variation:
    Use chocolate cake mix and chocolate pudding (use cake mix without added pudding mix.)
