Lemon Cake

1 box betty crocker lemon cake mix

1 box instant lemon pudding

3/4 c. salad oil

3/4 c. water

4 eggs


Mix together & beat well. Bake at 350 oven.

Remove from the oven and prick the cake witha fork while still hot.

Cover with mixture of:

2 c. powdered sugar

2 T. oil

1/3 c. orange juice

Pour over cake while its still hot.
