6 T. oleo
2 c. Sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
6 c. chopped apples
½ c. nuts
2 c. flour
1 ½ tsp. soda
¼ tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon



Recipe



Beat eggs, sugar, and oleo to light. Add vanilla. Add to dry ingredients. Add apples and nuts. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes in 9x13 pan.
