Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecakes

Mix the following and place in lined muffin pans. Place the peanut butter cup on the top of the crust.

1 ½ c graham cracker crumbs

4 T sugar

¼ c butter melted

12 mini peanut butter cups


Mix the following and add to the top of the peanut butter cup.

2 pkg cream cheese (room temperature)

1 c sugar

¼ c flour

2 eggs (room temperature)

1 tsp vanilla

Bake 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
