    1/2 c. softened butter

    1/3 c. brown sugar

    1 c. flour

    1/2 c. chopped walnuts

    Blend well then press into 9x13 pan. Bake about 15 min. at 400*. Cool!

    1-8oz softened cream cheese

    1 c. powder sugar

    Mix well then add 8 oz cool whip. Mix good and spread over top of cool crust.

    Slice and arrange enough bananas to cover dessert.

    2 sm instant banana pudding

    2 1/2 c. milk

    Beat till thick, pour over top of sliced bananas.
