1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 cans pineapple, drained (chunks or tidbits)
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 roll crushed crackers (Ritz or Townhouse)
1 stick or margarine
Recipe
In bowl combine sugar, flour, pineapple, and cheese. Pour into casserole dish. Top with crackers and margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
