List of Ingredients




6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 small onion chopped
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/4 to 1/2 lb ground beef
6 slices of Velvetta Cheese or American cheese
1 small can of either cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
salt and pepper



Recipe



Place cooking oil in the bottom of a large casserole dish or pan, spread to cover the bottom of pan or dish
Place potatoes, onion, ground beef, cheese, salt and pepper ( to taste) in two layers

Alternating with:

soup over the layers PLUS a 1/2 can of water
Cover with lid or foil and bake in preheated oven 350 degrees bake casserole about 1 1/4 hours
or until potatoes are tender.
