List of Ingredients
1 lb of Italian Sausage
1/2 lb of Ground Beef
1 quart size Jar of Home Canned Tomatoes or
1 lg Can of Whole Tomatoes
1 sm pkg of Pepperoni
1 med Onion Sliced
1 whole Green Pepper diced
6 cups of Pasta shapes ( rotelle, bow ties, shells etc. )
2 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese ( divided )
1 Jar of your Favorite Spaghetti Sauce. I use 4 Cheese.Recipe
Cook pasta according to directions on the package. Drain thoroughly.
Brown the Sausage and Ground Beef until no longer pink. Add the onion and green pepper the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Drain grease from meat and vegetables. Add the spaghetti sauce and the pepperoni. Heat through.
Mix the drained pasta with the above mixture and combine well.
Spread 1/2 of the mixture in a large greased baking dish. Spread 1 cup of the cheese over the top.
Add the remaining mixture. Pour tomatoes over the top.
Place in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Spread remaining 1 cup of cheese over the top and put back into the oven until the cheese is melted.
