2 c. cooked diced chicken
1 c. shell macaroni, cooked and drained
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
Minced onion
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 small can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup with ½ c. chicken broth
¼ tsp. celery salt

Mix well and cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
