Chicken Potato Casserole

2 Tbsp butter or margarine, softened
1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
2 cans cream of chicken soup 1/2 soup can milk
1-4 oz can mushroom pieces, drained
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
3 cups raw potato slices
1/2 cup potato chips, crushed
Recipe
In a greased casserole dish, mix together the butter, flour, salt, pepper, 1 can of the soup, milk and mushrooms. Add chicken and potato slices. Spread the remaining can of soup over top of mixture, and bake covered at 350? F. for 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle crushed chips over top and return to oven for 30 minutes longer.
