List of Ingredients




8 oz. fine egg noodles

1 lb. ground beef

1 (16oz) can stewed tomatoes

1 (8oz) can tomato sauce

2t. salt

2t. meat seasoning

2t. sugar

1/4t. garlic powder

1/4t. black pepper

1c. sour cream

3/4c. chopped green onion

3oz. cream cheese

1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated


Recipe




Cook noodles according to pkg. directions. Brown ground beef. Drain and add the next 7 ingredients.

In a medium size bowl, mix sour cream, onions, and cream cheese.

Mix beef mixture with sour cream mixture. Combine with noodles in a 9x13 inch casserole dish.

Cover with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
