HAMBURGER & CORN CASSEROLE

List of Ingredients




1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
3 c. cooked egg noodles
1/4 c. chopped pimentos
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (12 oz.) can corn niblets
1 c. sour cream
1 chopped onion
1 c. soft bread crumbs



Recipe



Cook beef until brown; add onion and cook until tender.

Add corn, soup, sour cream, pimento, salt, and pepper.

Mix well.

Add butter to cooked noodles and then add all to hamburger.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Makes 2 casserole dishes.
