    Ham & Scalloped Potato Casserole

    1 pound diced cooked ham ( about 2 cups)

    4 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (about 8 cups)

    1 large onion, sliced

    2 cans (10 ¾ ounces each) Condensed Cheddar Cheese soup

    1 cup milk

    1 tsp paprika


    Recipe



    Spray inside of a 5-6 qt slow cooler with cooking spray. Layer the ham, potatoes and onion in the cooker.

    Mix the soup and milk in a small bowl. Pour over potato mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours* or until potatoes are tender.

    *or on high for 4-5 hours.

    Makes 8 servings
