    Ham & Scalloped Potato Casserole

    •1 pound diced cooked ham (about 2 cups)
    •4 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (about 8 cups)
    •1 large onion, sliced
    •2 cans (10 ¾ ounces each) Condensed Cheddar Cheese soup
    •1 cup milk
    •1 tsp paprika

    Recipe



    Spray inside of a 5-6 qt slow cooker with cooking spray. Layer the ham, potatoes and onion in the cooker. Mix the soup and milk in a small bowl. Pour over potato mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or until potatoes are tender. Makes 8 servings.
