Hamburger Hash Brown Casserole

1 lb. hamburger, crumbled,

1 onion, chopped

24-36oz. Bag frozen hash browns

8 oz. cream cheese

1 1/2 to 2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 can cream of chicken soup

4 c. corn flakes

Recipe



Brown beef, and onions. In a glass bowl put cream cheese, chicken soup, and Velveeta and melt in microwave. Stir occasionally.

Pour frozen hash browns in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle w/ crumbled burger mixture over hash browns and pour cheese mixture over hamburger top w/ corn flakes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
