Hamburger Potato Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
3 c. peeled, thinly sliced potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. milk
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 c. shredded cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350
brown beef, drain
mix in bowl soup, onion, milk and salt and pepper.
alternately layer potatoes and soup mixture 2 qt. baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 and 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Top w/ cheese and continue baking until cheese is melted.
