½ lb. hamburger
½ lb. sausage or 1 lb. hamburger
1 large onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 T. bisquick or cornstarch
2 eggs
1 small carton small curd cottage cheese
1 unbaked pie crust



Recipe



Brown meat & onions add seasonings and bisquick. Beat eggs slightly & blend into cottage cheese.
