Hash Brown Chicken Casserole

1 cooked chicken, boned and cut in bite size pieces
1 (32oz.) pkg. hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 small onion, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 stick of oleo
2 c. crushed cornflakes
Recipe
Mix together chicken and hash browns, cheese, sour cream, and onion, salt, and pepper. Place in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Melt margarine and mix with cornflakes. Bake at 350 for 1 ½ hour or until bubbly. Yields: 12 servings.
