List of Ingredients




2 lbs ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 t salt
Dash of pepper
1 T sugar
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1/4 t oregano
1 (12 oz) pkg egg noodles
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 c sour cream
1/2 t minced onion
2 T chopped chives
1/2 t salt
1/2 c Cheddar cheese






Recipe



Brown meat, drain grease. Add garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, tomato sauce and oregano. Cover and cook 20 min. Crush egg noodles before cooking. Cook to pkg directions and drain. Blend softened cream cheese with remaining ingredients except Cheddar cheese. Fold into noodles, alternate noodle mixture with meet mixture and sprinkle with Cheedar cheese.

Bake at 350ºF for 25 min.
