6 pork chops
salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. oil
10-3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
24-oz. pkg. frozen hashbrowns with onions & peppers, thawed
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2.8-oz. can French fried onionsRecipe
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper; brown in oil and set aside.
Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, potatoes and cheese; spread into a 13"x9" baking dish.
Top with onions and pork chops; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Serves 6.
