1 lb. beeg
1/2 chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can (15oz.) tomato sauce
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs.


Recipe



Heat oven to 350. Brown beef and onion; drain. Spoon into ungreased 13x9x2 baking dish. Stir in taco seasoning (dry), tomato paste and corn. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired. Makes 8 to 10 servings
