Red Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients





5-7 med red potatoes chopped and boiled
8-10 cooked sausage links or slices of bacon-cooked and chopped
4 green onions diced-use both green and white parts
¾ cup real mayo
¼ cup sour cream
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix
2 tbls grease from bacon or sausage

Recipe



Dice and boil potatoes till tender. Dice onions. Combine onions, ranch, mayo, sour cream and grease. After mixing sauce add potatoes, sausage or bacon. Mix until all potatoes are coated. Pour into 9x13 pan, cook uncovered at 375 for 35-40 min. Until cooked through, serve immediately.
