1 cup bisquick
1/3 cup milk
1 pound hamburger
2 onions, sliced
2 eggs
1 small container cottage cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons bisquick
paprika


Recipe



Mix bisquick and milk, knead, roll into a circle to fit a 9-inch pie pan. Saute beef and onion. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons bisquick. Place in crust. In another bowl beat eggs and add cottage cheese. Spread over meat. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees
