Taco Potato Casserole II

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, diced
3/4 pkg. taco seasoning mix
8-10 c. shredded, cooked potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 10-oz. cream of mushroom soup
1 1/3 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 T. butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Recipe
Brown hamburger with onion; drain. Add taco seasoning and spread into a 9×13-inch pan. Combine sour cream, soup, milk and cheese; stir into potatoes. Pour over burger mixture. Combine butter and cornflakes; spread evenly on top. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30-45 minutes until hot. Yield: 10-14 servings.
